As we have mentioned throughout the 12 days of client services’ Christmas, 2012 has been an exceptional year for us. Aside from the three national contracts we have won (Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) and Network Rail) we have welcomed many new team members across the country through expanding existing contracts and successfully tendering for new business.
We started the year by winning a front of house contract with the French multinational company Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessey (LVMH) at their stunning new building in Westminster, London closely followed by the Friends Life reception in Bristol.
March 2012 saw the expansion of our Diageo contract in London with team looking after reception and concierge in 7HQ, Diageo’s UK headquarters in Park Royal. The Accenture team’s hard work paid off with the client adding a new building, Queen Victoria Street and a further seven roles were introduced to the current scope of services taking the team to 26.
The client services team at MTV began to support Nickelodeon UK with their reception services in line the redevelopment of the Hawley Crescent office which will see all of Viacom International Media networks (MTV and Nickelodeon UK being two companies under VIMN’s umbrella) housed in one building.
Honor Farad and Hayley Berry joined us as we welcomed MITIE Leeds to the client services family in August 2012 in conjunction with the LBG contract. The team at Thorpe Park support the regional LBG teams and clients at the brand new MITIE office delivering front of house and facilities services plus the Vodafone team in Newbury grew the contract to cover all of Vodafone’s internal event management.
And finally, last but by no means least in December we received the exceptional news that the Rolls- Royce team had secured a further 22 positions and four new buildings to go live in January 2013 in addition to the introduction of Jubilee House and Atlantic House in 2012.
What a year 2012 has been… here’s to an exceptional 2013.
