“On the 2nd day of Client Services Christmas we have some exceptional memories for you…with our Award Winning Training…”

2012 has been an exceptional year for our training team. Still celebrating their National Training award win at the end of 2011; Tom, Ruth and Ana hit the ground running promptly welcoming two outstanding recruits into the team. With embracing 350 new team members into the client services’ family the team had their work cut out to ensure all of ‘Team exceptional’ received their memorable training.

The team along with Ollie Game and David Melnick surpassed all expectations delivering in excess of 34,000 hours of training which saw 324 individuals complete Revolution Academy and produced 9 ABLE graduates (bring the total over 5 years to an impressive 65!)…not to mention the 187 team members who were pampered during Personal Impact in 2012!

The training team have many plans in the pipeline for 2013 including an innovative look at manager’s inductions, use of e-learning and technology plus Revved up (Revolution Academy 2)…so watch this space!
