Our client wanted to create an exceptional and memorable experience for their teams across the UK. The ‘All team’ is an annual awards event which celebrates the achievements of the people across the business and promotes the inclusive culture of the organisation.

How did we help?

We brought together over 300 of the organisation’s teams in a unique venue (an ex dairy warehouse in Battersea) to host the event. The space provided us with a blank canvas and the perfect opportunity to shape the production, theming and design of the day to create an environment which inspired and intrigued the guests.

  • We sourced the AV set up required to give the professional edge to the event
  • We worked with entertainment experts – It’s Unknown’ to create a bespoke entertainment experience for all guests
  • We shaped the production elements for the event to craft an Apres Ski party experience for all guests
  • We managed the guest communications for the event so that all 200 guests had the correct information for the day
