Service Provider of the Year – and it’s not just us who think it!

If now’s not a good time to shout about our exceptional service, we don’t know when is!

MITIE Client Services have just been awarded the prestigious Service Provider of the Year award at this year’s BIFM awards and we couldn’t be any more proud!

The judges praised us for truly working in partnership with our clients and it’s great to see this at the heart of their criteria.

We deliver a five star front of house service to our clients and without their input, backing and trust in what we do, we’d never get the service spot on.  Front of house teams can look great, smile on arrival and ensure a client reaches their meeting room on time but unless you work in true partnership to discover what really matters to each organisation, the service will never be exceptional or memorable.

We pride ourselves on training our teams with our client’s culture in mind so we can fit in with their business rather than squeezing ourselves into a mould that just isn’t quite right.  With our last two blogs about levels of service and shifting the cost v service power balance – this award really does demonstrate that we genuinely do practice what we preach.
