In a career spanning over 25 years, Conrad worked extensively in food and hospitality in some high profile venues before managing large, national, facilities management contracts for a portfolio of prestigious clients. This combination of industry-specific experience and wider FM and workplace understanding makes Conrad an exciting choice to lead Mitie Client Services through the next stage in its growth and development.

Keith Seymour – head of business development
Having tailored the service we offer to meet the needs of a diverse range of clients, Keith’s extensive experience and knowledge of the services and our company vision, make him perfectly placed to help clients meet challenges and develop their front of house services. Working across both public and private sectors, from single reception service contracts to large national accounts, encompassing our full offering, Keith continuously creates bespoke solutions for our clients, their colleagues and guests.
Alex Zolnerciks – head of events
Alex has over 15 years of event experience gained in large corporates, high profile venues and event production agencies. Having set-up and launched the Conferencing and Events business across the UK for Vue Entertainment, he went on to produce exclusive royal events at Windsor Castle and Buckingham Palace.
His passion for events and innovation brings an exciting new dynamic to the Troop team and for Alex events are all about turning ordinary experiences into amazing ones.
Ana Canabarro, head of learning & development
After spending six years in the hotel industry, in both operations and training roles, Ana Joined us in 2009 as a dedicated Training Manager with a financial organisation. She went on to look after the L&D for the teams of the largest front-of-house contract in the UK. She was then promoted to L&D Manager and now as Head of L&D looks after our team of trainers across all contracts and the Talent Management agenda. Ana has been instrumental in developing our current training offer and in our successes with numerous award wins as well as supporting our Business Development team during the tender process of several new contracts.
Julia Orr – head of communications
Julia’s passion for detail and communication combined with her background in PR, marketing and event management, has resulted in the creation of some exceptional and memorable engagement campaigns. Having worked at all levels in varied industries; from professional services to construction, all events, PR and internal communications campaigns have been bespoke and individually tailored for maximum impact.
