Joining the business over nine years ago, his passion for people and their development and his relationship building skills have seen him promoted through the business. From managing multiple accounts and mentoring and developing some exceptional team members, he now oversees all of our London based operations.

With a background in facilities, hospitality and operations, in a career spanning over 20 years, David has been part of the Client Services team for over eight years. Joining the business as Operations Manager in the Midlands, David has been instrumental in our regional growth and now leads the operational teams across the UK with a clear vision to create exceptional, memorable experiences…one guest at a time.
Victoria Gilmour - Director of Client Services
With over 20 years’ experience in the front of house industry, from exclusive venues to large corporate receptions, Victoria brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the business. Her skill-set and passion have seen her promoted through the business over the last ten years and she managed a national team of over 200 before moving into her current role of Director of Client Services. Alongside ensuring our standards are consistent across the business, Victoria oversees our award winning learning and development team.
Alex Zolnerciks – Head of Events
Alex has over 15 years of event experience gained in large corporates, high profile venues and event production agencies. Having set-up and launched the Conferencing and Events business across the UK for Vue Entertainment, he went on to produce exclusive royal events at Windsor Castle and Buckingham Palace.
His passion for events and innovation brings an exciting new dynamic to the Troop team and for Alex events are all about turning ordinary experiences into amazing ones.
